BUTTON: From Quick Share, in the Publish tab of your form, copy the link and add it to a button on your custom FASO page to look like this:
EMBED with LIGHTBOX: With your Jotform form open, click on Publish, then Embed, then Lightbox, and copy the code. Open the full-screen composer, click the source code <> symbol, and paste the code there. If you aren't familiar with code, it's easiest to paste it at the bottom of the page.
EMBED with iFRAME: With your Jotform form open, click on Publish, then Embed, then iFrame, and copy the iFrame code. Go to your FASO control panel and open the custom page where you want to display the form. Open the full-screen composer, click the source code <> symbol, and paste the code there. If you already have content on that page, place the code below it, and the form will be embedded at the bottom of your page. Be sure to save your work. :)
